This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Last Sunday I ordered a refrigerator from the St. Cloud Home Depot and scheduled delivery for today. I took time off work specifically to be home for the delivery. Throughout the day I received tracking updates showing the truck getting closer, only to suddenly receive a notification saying my delivery couldn't be completed because they "couldn't get ahold of me." That's simply not true. My phone never rang. No one knocked on my door. The only proof they provided was a photo of the front of my house—with my truck clearly sitting in the driveway. Somehow they were able to take a picture of my house but not ring the doorbell or knock? After fighting through an automated phone system, I finally reached a real person who apologized and rescheduled the delivery for Saturday. It was already frustrating that I had wasted a day off work, but I accepted it. A short time later, I received another notification saying my delivery had been pushed back again—this time until Wednesday of the following week. That was the last straw. I drove straight to the store and requested a refund. To make matters worse, they told

The Home Depot in the St. Cloud /Waite Park area is one of those places we find ourselves at more often than planned. We live in Little Falls, but since we’re in St. Cloud pretty regularly, it’s become a reliable stop for home projects, repairs, and the occasional “we’ll just grab one thing” trip that never stays that simple. 😄 The store is big, well-organized, and usually has a solid selection of whatever we’re looking for—tools, lumber, paint, or all the little things that somehow become essential mid-project. Staff have been helpful whenever we’ve needed guidance, and it’s nice when someone can quickly point you in the right direction instead of wandering the aisles. Overall, it’s a dependable place that makes tackling home improvement projects easier. Whether it’s a planned project or a spontaneous fix-it mission, it’s a store we can count on.

I can easily walk around for over an hour without a single employee approaching me if I'm by myself. If I need assistance, I always end up having to go to customer service desk because any employee i might approach either can't tell me where the item is I'm looking for or they happen to be helping someone else. I have even stood on a bucket and climbed shelves before because I didn't feel like walking across the store and asking for help at customer service. And still nobody asked if I wanted any help. At least no one told me to stop i guess. Same day as the bucket and shelves climbing, I did finally get help from an employee at Self check out. They helped by taking the the items out of the bag i put them in after scanning and placing them in my cart. So I had a bunch of small shit that ended up piled on the floor in my vehicle. So try to remember to bring your own reusable bag 🙄

I went into Home Depot as I purchased something online and was unable to complete the purchase. I called customer care and was told to go into the store and I would be taken care of. I drove to the store, walked in and I grabbed the stuff I wanted, walked up to the costumer service desk. I was greeted by Oliver, I told Oliver what the issue was and they looked at me with confidence and said they would take care of the issue, which they did. The customer service team at the store was pleasant, took care of my issue, didn't pass me off to someone else, and knew what they were doing. Thanks to the St. Cloud MN store for the awesome customer service!

Whomever they have delivering appliances SUCKS!! They said they'd attempt to deliver yet didn't. Delivery was rescheduled for 6 days later. They came, couldn't fit it through the door and stated they couldn't take the doors off due to it sprinkling, per their warranty rules. They said they'd be back the following day (today) got a notice the won't be back for 3 more days. 2 weeks waiting on this delivery.
